In their last year, students consolidate the knowledge and skills they’ve gained throughout the course. This year’s curriculum features modules on advanced practices in luxury brand management, ethics and sustainability in luxury business, international expansion strategies, luxury PR and event management, digital transformation in luxury marketing and readiness for leadership roles within organisations. Students have the option to undertake a capstone project, dissertation, or engage in a strategic consultancy project with a luxury brand. The year culminates in preparing students for entry into the luxury sector, equipped with specialised skills, practical experience and strategic insights essential for success in global luxury markets.

Swati Singh has been a fashion enthusiast for over 20 years now. She completed her Bsc in Textiles from Delhi University in 1999 and thereafter her Masters in Fashion Technology from NIFT Delhi in 2001.
Abhishek Kumar Verma holds a master’s degree in fashion experience and design management (luxury specialisation) from the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Italy, wherein he has worked on various collaborative projects with brands like L'Oreal, Esprit, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Moreschi, Tod's, and Calvin Klein, to name a few.
Gargi is a driven professional with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi.
With 9+ years of industry experience, Neha Bohra Singh has worked with Jane Ashley as a fashion designer, Primo Knot as an assistant manager in design, Vishal Mega Mart as a senior buyer, and Snapdeal as a manager of buyer and sourcing. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Delhi University and her Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion from Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi.

The IIAD Management Aptitude Test (iMAT) is a written test designed to assess an applicant’s language, logical reasoning and creative thinking. The exam paper is a combination of multiple choice questions and writing tasks.
Personal Interview is an opportunity for applicants to have a face to face interaction with the faculty, so that their suitability can be assessed. With this understanding, the faculty can guide the applicant towards how the programme can meet their aspirations and interests.

IIAD provides merit-cum-means scholarships to deserving students. All students who qualify the IIAD Entrance Test are eligible to apply for scholarships. The information about applying for a scholarship will be made available along with the offer of admission.
IIAD is connected with 200+ organizations across the industry for student internships, collaborative projects and placements. IIAD encourages students to explore internship opportunities throughout the duration of their chosen program. At the end of the first year students are encouraged to complete an 8 week internship. In the second year a Career Building Internship of 16 weeks duration is mandatory. Credits are awarded based on work done during the internship. In the final year students work on their Capstone Project, which brings together the learnings of the past three years, and is envisioned as a gateway to the future practice of Fashion Business Management.
