Principles of Management + Business Economics + Financial Accounting & Analysis + Fundamentals of Marketing + Business Statistics & Data Visualization + Business Communication + Computing & Digital Skills + Innovation and Creativity
The first year introduces students to the world of business by helping them develop a strong foundation in how organisations operate, how markets respond and how decisions are shaped by numbers, people and purpose. Students begin to see business not just as a system, but as a dynamic environment shaped by data, communication and decision-making. They learn to work with information, express ideas clearly and interpret the world around them through a business lens. Alongside developing confidence with tools and technology, students also explore the basics of how consumers think and how value is created. The year sets the tone for analytical thinking, problem solving and a confident approach to both individual and team-based work.
Consumer Behaviour + Human Resource Management + Financial Management + Design Thinking + Research Methodology + Business Analytics + E-commerce + Operations & Supply Chain Management + Subject Specialization Fields (Marketing/Finance/Human Resource)
In the second year, students begin to deepen their understanding of how businesses create, deliver and sustain value in a rapidly evolving world. The focus shifts from foundational knowledge to applied learning — where students explore how people are managed, how money flows through systems, and how insights drive decisions. They start thinking critically about what motivates consumer choices, how organisations adapt to digital realities and how strategy and structure influence performance.
This year also introduces students to new ways of solving problems through creative thinking and structured research. They learn to ask the right questions, back ideas with data and design solutions that are innovative yet grounded. With exposure to emerging tools in analytics and digital platforms, students explore how technology is reshaping customer engagement, commerce and operational efficiency. Towards the end of the year, students begin charting their own academic path through subject specialisations — setting the stage for more focused learning in areas aligned with their passions and career goals.
Industry Immersion + Operational Excellence + Experiential Problem-Solving + Cross-Functional Exposure + Global Dynamics
At the end of Second Year, students take on an eight-week internship, gaining first-hand industry experience in areas like Finance, Marketing, or Human Resources. This immersive opportunity allows them to put classroom learning into practice, tackle real-world business challenges, and understand the workings of professional environments. The internship acts as a bridge between theory and application, helping students build confidence, clarity, and a deeper understanding of the roles they aspire to pursue.
Strategic Management + Advanced (Financial /Marketing/Human Resource) Management + Business Negotiation & Conflict Resolution + Project Management + Leadership & Professional Communication + Corporate Governance & Business Ethics + Business Intelligence & Advanced Business Analytics + Entrepreneurial Mindset
In the third year, students begin to take a more strategic view of business by diving deeper into their chosen specialisation—Marketing, Finance, or Human Resource Management. They develop the ability to think critically, manage projects, and lead with clarity and purpose. Focus areas include understanding global business dynamics, analysing data to drive intelligent decisions, and mastering the art of negotiation and conflict resolution in professional settings.
Students also engage with concepts of ethical leadership, corporate governance, and professional communication, preparing them for responsible roles in diverse organisational contexts. An entrepreneurial mindset is encouraged, allowing them to approach challenges with innovation and creativity. With a growing emphasis on research, strategy, and real-world problem solving, Year 3 serves as a bridge between academic learning and advanced industry application—equipping students with the skills and perspective needed for leadership in their final year and beyond.
