Prof. Anne Boddington, Pro Vice Chancellor Cultural & Civic Engagement and Dean of Kingston School of Art at Kingston University, London visited IIAD on Feb 01, 2018.
During her visit to the Institute Anne got an opportunity to take a tour of the Campus bustling with creative vigour before heading for a slew of meetings with the Faculty of IIAD. Prof. Boddington is an integral member of the team at Kingston School of Art that ensures pedagogical alignment between IIAD and KSA. Being the only international collaborative partner of KSA in the field of design, it is imperative for both the establishments to ensure they produce graduates with the same set of creative and critical tools despite the geographical differences.
About Prof. Anne BoddingtonAn architect and geographer by education, Prof. Boddington has extensive experience in design education and design research in higher education across UK and the globe. She is an experienced creative leader and has offered her expertise in the creative and cultural field in various trustee and governance roles essayed over the years. Some of the positions he has held in the past are Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), an affiliate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), a member of the executive of the Council for Higher Education in Art & Design (CHEAD) and a member of the advisory board and peer review college of the Arts & Humanities Research Council.
